Correspon a un canvi d’ús d’un magatzem agrari a habitatge. L’habitatge sol rep llum i ventilació a través del pati, de forma que crea una estança totalment íntima i personal per a les dues persones que l’habiten juntament amb l’arbre preexistent que hi viu. L’arquitectura de l’envolupant és passiva treballant únicament amb el gruix d’aïllament i els encontres ben resolts. Núria Codina arquitectura https://nuriacodina.com/Oficines-Cervisimag /Oficines Cervisimag&nbsp;Cervera (Lleida)2019Projecte de restauració i rehabilitació integral d’una nau industrial de planta rectangular al polígon industrial de cervera per al nou taller de reparació de camions i oficines de Cervisimag.&nbsp; La nau és dels anys 70 i necessita una rehabilitació total per tal de tornar-la a posar en funcionament. La planta ha d’allotjar, en paral.lel, dos tipus de programes molt diferents, però lligats entre sí: el de taller i el d’oficines. I ha d’aconseguir un balanç entre les dues superfícies i geometries perque funcionin conjutament en una planta tipus “tub”. El projecte opta per una construcció semiprefabricada en sec i in situ de peces disenyades a despatx, construïdes a taller i presentades en obra on acaba definint una tipologia pròpia i única de
